Eligible producers may qualify for financial assistance to actively manage irrigation, install flow meters, precision grade fields, increase technology for irrigating, nutrient monument, winter water fowl habitat and other conservation practices. The project is operated through the NRCS Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP).
